NPAT is conducted by NMIMS (Narsee Monjee Institute for Management Studies, Mumbai) every year for admissions to Undergraduate and Integrated Programs of NMIMS. However, numerous other top business schools accept NPAT scores. Hence, more than 100,000 students appear for NPAT every year for more than 3,000 seats in different courses. NPAT is an online (CBT Mode) test in which there are a total of 120 questions to be answered in 100 minutes. Out of 120, a score more than 70 is considered a competitive score. NPAT is a no- calculator test and has no negative marking.

NPAT comprises multiple choice questions. Candidates appearing for the NPAT will find questions from three sections, namely Logical Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, and Quantitative Reasoning. All three sections have Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Candidates will find four answer options for each question. Out of these answer options one option will be correct. Candidates marking the correct answer option will fetch (+)1 mark. However, no negative marking will prevail for an incorrect response.
