CLAT, Common Law Admission Test, is a national level entrance test conducted by government of India. Apart from 22 national law university across India, many self – financed and private law schools also use CLAT scores as a criterion for admissions to different law courses. The Consortium of National Law Universities (CNLU) organizes the entrance test at more than 80 centers across the country. More than 80, 000 students appear for CLAT exam annually.
